Overall I think this is the worst nh hotel I ever stayed in. It’s super old, the rooms are specious but also old and it’s not properly soundproof as I could hear my neighbors. Parking is available but if you have a big car like I have it’s a living nightmare, very small narrow ways to get in and out. Breakfast was okay but also not worth 21 EUR. For me the worst was the mattress, I felt every spring and therefore I couldn’t sleep at all and I got up with back pain. The location is not bad but I felt uncomfortable and I’m for sure not coming back.

I booked the wrong hotel I thought I had selected the Conference Ost location as that is one I have stayed in before and is of far better quality than this one The nearest train station is the Berg am laim which is around 20mins walk - not ideal when the heavens open and your dragging a case along The decor inside was OK, pretty basic, but expected for a business hotel It should be ideal for those attending conferences at the Messe But here’s why it didn’t work out for us: Checking in was no issue, receptionist did a great job We even liked their snack bar selection in the lobby…although the prices are capable of bankrupting you, especially when you need water, because they don’t replenish the bottled water in your room The kitchen/restaurant only serves breakfast and dinner - no joy if you wanted something for lunch (but there is a Burger King that is 5min walk away) My room - it was 313 if you’re interested My advice is to request another if you are given this one The location of it is horrendous and randomly bizarre On the ground floor along a hall way where no other rooms appears apparent It’s beside the lift and stairwell that is beside the kitchen and dining area So not only do you get the delights of being woken up by kitchen staff, or the dining room being vacuum cleaned, you feel you need to get up because of the smell of the cooked breakfast that unavoidably wafts in to your room Other guests also don’t realise there is an actual room along that corridor because they make an absolute racket as they saunter past it from the bar towards their (probably) nicer rooms The room itself was cozy and basic My WiFi worked fine, but my colleagues all complained about theirs when working in their rooms It was annoying that the room didn’t have a kettle either Breakfast spread was OK However, when they ran out of water, they never bothered to top up the jugs And finally, was the icing on the cake that when booking a five seater taxi, the night before for a specific time so that we would arrive early for an important meeting….to then find that only a normal standard taxi was booked and it arrived half an hour late Will I stay here again? I hope to not make the same mistake again

The hotel was gross. We arrived at night and the hallway lights were broken making the whole hotel look creepy. The pillows just felt old and used. When we used the sink, fake eyelashes came out which were not ours. Although the breakfast was not so bad. 2 men barged into a room and claimed they were cleaners but they were wearing civilian clothes. They did not want to get out until the manager came. I do not recommend staying here.

It serves its purpose for the location and what we required for our business trip The check in staff are friendly, helpful and efficient The breakfast staff are also of similar ilk The decor is clean, modern and with decent amenities Breakfast is a good enough selection and decent quality Rooms are spacious and clean Just missing basic things like a kettle and an iron would’ve been handy too, especially as you would consider this to be a business hotel Nonetheless, likely I will be staying here again in the future

It is a good hotel. The location is good, around 15 minutes driving from the city center. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Furniture and facilities are new and nice. Breakfast is good. In overall highly recommended for everyone.
